We reached 400. Here is what we learned from you.
We made a video to say thank you. This article is for anyone who wants to see what lies behind it.

On Instagram, under a minute. The video is in Greek.
The story in the video
In the video, Menas tells a simple story. The first person came to test him and asked something they already knew. Menas got it wrong. We fixed it, and that person came back. The second came because the first told them about him.
We wrote the story ourselves. But we know what it describes. In Cyprus everyone knows each other, and you only trust a tool once you have tried it on a real matter and it has helped you.
What the figures show
We counted up to 31 October:
- Over 1,100 pieces of research, by more than 200 people.
- Over 1,200 messages in conversations with Menas about cases.
- Nearly 1,000 cases in Menas.
- Over 220 PDF exports, so the research can go in the file.
- Over 220 tasks on documents uploaded to the platform.
Morning, noon and night
In the video, Menas says you ask him in the morning, at noon and at night. We checked that against the times of the questions:
- Most arrive during working hours, from 9 in the morning to 6 in the evening.
- One in five arrives after 7 in the evening.
- Almost one in five arrives at the weekend, even on a Sunday.
Whether you are in the car or outside the courtroom, only you know.
What we changed thanks to you
Much of what we built over these months started with you: with what you wrote to us and with what we saw going wrong in the answers.
Regulatory Administrative Acts (ΚΔΠ). Fees, deadlines and forms are often found there, and many are scanned. Use of the platform showed us that Menas did not always reach them. Now he recognises them by number and title and reads them page by page, with their tables and annexes. And if a ΚΔΠ cannot be read clearly, or we do not have it, he tells you.
Long laws. When Menas finds the law that governs your question, he reads the whole law, not just extracts, even when it is very long, so that provisions and exceptions are not lost.
Drafting from your files. When you ask for a document, you want it based on your case and not on a generic template. Now Menas reads the case files and the form you uploaded, takes the parties' details from them and tells you when two documents do not agree.
A conversation that carries on. A short reply such as “yes” or “the second one” should continue the conversation, not start it again. We worked on exactly this in recent days, so that Menas understands better what you are answering.
Menas will make more mistakes. That is why he shows his sources, and the final call stays yours. This is how we move forward: step by step, one question at a time.
Your work is yours
However many of us there are, one thing does not change. Your work is yours. Keeping it safe is our commitment. That means:
- Your documents are used only in your own case, never in other users' answers.
- Other users cannot see your cases and files.
- Your data is not used to train AI. We do not sell it or pass it to anyone for advertising.
- Accounts, conversations and files are stored in Microsoft data centres in the European Union, and everything you send travels encrypted.
- You can delete a conversation with its files, and you can ask for a copy of your data.
Two more things you should know. To write the answers, what you send passes through our partners' AI models, and that processing can also take place outside the EU. And our team can see the content of your cases when this is needed for support and quality review. Which partners process data, where and under what safeguards is explained in the privacy policy.
Thank you
You brought us this far, with your questions and with everything you corrected.
If you have not seen the video yet, here it is. And if something does not look right, write to us at info@menas.ai. It helps us a lot.
The figures are aggregated, from use of the platform up to 31 October 2026. They contain no user content and are not a promise of results.
